All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order is processed, it will be handed off to our fulfillment partners for shipping.

Please note: Processing times may be slightly longer during high-demand periods or holidays.


2. Shipping Times

Because we work with global suppliers to offer the best prices, delivery times vary by location.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • United States: 7–15 business daysThese estimates do not include weekends or holidays.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking may take 2–5 days to update depending on the carrier and location of the warehouse.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
We may offer free shipping promotions depending on your order


5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer

  • Lost packages due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses

We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, or weather issues, but we will always do our best to help resolve shipping problems.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

These fees:

  • Are not included in our product or shipping prices

  • Are the customer’s responsibility

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately to reduce waiting times.
